We are looking for a motivated and articulate customer service agent, to help provide the excellent level of service our customers deserve. You will be tasked with answering a wide range of customer queries, and ensuring that our customers receive a quick, warm, and accurate answer.

  • You will be the face to our customers, representing our business on a personal level.
  • You will need to be comfortable working independently and using your initiative to make the right decisions.
  • You will help our customers with various requests related to their purchases.
  • You will be working for an enthusiastic, dynamic, caring international team and take over a high level of responsibility right from the beginning.
  • You will be in touch with our customers via various communication channels.
  • You will work with external customer service centres to provide 360 degree coverage for our client
  • Strong interest and at least 1 year of experience in customer care or a similar position.
  • True team player and an outgoing personality with confidence in interacting with all sorts of customers.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide the appropriate solutions.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills and high level of comfort in using live communication tools (i.e. email, phone, Facebook, live chat, messenger).
  • Pro-active, ambitious and result-oriented working style.
  • A real problem solver and you work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a fast paced international environment.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Experience working with and or interest in music festivals is a big plus
