Shutdown Resources Coordinator

Work location: Hedland Operations

Roster: 5D:2R Residential in Hedland

Fortescue's Port Facility Maintenance Planning department requires a Resource Coordinator who will report directly to the Supervisor Shutdown Planning at Anderson Point site. This position will be for assisting the Planning Supervisor with the manning and resourcing for all shuts, perform auditing of timesheets and raising service entry sheets.

This is a Residential Port Hedland opportunity working an 5:2 roster. Candidates who are currently Port Hedland residents or willing to relocate to Port Hedland are encouraged to apply.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Enter labour and equipment quotes from vendors
• Create purchase requisitions on PM03 work orders per vendor
• Ensure all flights and accommodation are booked for the shutdown
• Ensure all contractors are mobilised and inducted prior to the shutdown
• Perform service entries against vendor purchase orders
• Monitor the Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Mobilisation, Timesheet, Confirmation and Payment Process from end to end
• Liaise with the Shutdown Planners, Shutdown Schedulers, Shutdown Coordinators and Contractor representatives for logistic related matters
• Attend shutdown meetings

Qualifications and skills required:

• SAP experience preferred
• Logistics and mobilisation experience essential
• Invoice reconciliation experience
• Intermediate to advanced excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise whilst working to deadlines
• High attention to detail
