In this role you will be working for Probe Group on behalf of Workwear Group. At Workwear Group, we are focused on providing our customers with end to end uniform solutions. We service small to large businesses. As a customer service consultant you will be responsible for placing orders, tracking delivery, processing returns, faulty items or exchanges, dealing with suppliers and issues with sourcing.

You will be responsible for placing orders, tracking deliveries, processing returns or exchanges, dealing with suppliers and responding to customer enquiries.

Key Details

  • Start Date: 3rd of May 2021
  • Full Time - 38 hours per week
  • Contract Term - 1 year from start date (with the possibility of extension)
  • Location - Melbourne CBD office (485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne)
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Use on-line systems to access data and answer customer queries
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are answered in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Liaise with other internal areas to provide answers for customer
  • Consistently meet set KPIs
  • Escalate more complex customer enquiries to relevant channels
