About client:
Our client is currently seeking a Support Engineer/IT Support Analyst who is confident, full of energy, and self-motivated to join the business which prides itself as one of the leaders in their field. They are known for their supportive and energetic culture.
About role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending phone and email support requests.
- Undertake a wide range of I.T. support tasks including hardware and software incident resolution and implementation, network design and management, general technology troubleshooting, application support and other I.T. support services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests.
- Action monitoring system alerts.
- Monitor dashboards and assign / escalate jobs as required.
- Prioritise jobs and actions in regard to SLAs
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Relevant professional qualifications and/or at least 2 years of experience.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues and client groups.
- Organisational, time management and planning abilities.
- Relevant computer skills and knowledge of a range of common office software packages, such as VMware or Office 365).
- Experience using a ticketing system such as ConnectWise.
- Be a good team member.
- Demonstrated industry experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
