Noble Systems is looking for a new Business Development Manager to help drive this market leading company to new heights in this region. Noble Systems' leading solutions include: contact center technology solutions, workforce management software, business management solutions and we are currently looking for lead generation and sales people. This is a perfect role for someone with a lot of drive, who has effective communication skills and is looking to start or progress a career in software solution sales and marketing. Noble Systems has a sales centric culture, with a very strong focus on the success of their people, including nurturing, ongoing sales training and mentoring. We have established offices in Melbourne and Sydney and has some of the world’s leading and most dynamic companies as part of their client base. Training will be provided.


  • Lead generation – Prospecting, cold calling, building value-based relationships particularly with managers and executives and booking qualified meetings/appointments for our Sales team
  • Assisting with lead generation activities such as marketing events, trade shows, e-marketing campaigns
  • Managing sales databases/CRM
  • Managing sales administration process
  • 2+ years' telemarketing or sales and/or customer service experience
  • Business degree or sales certification is preferred
  • Ability to proactively contact and engage prospective clients and be self-motivated
  • Professional communication skills both in person and phone manner is essential
  • Knowledge of sales process and effective lead generation techniques is an advantage not but essential
  • The ability to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
