As Director, APAC Video Sales Acceleration & GTM, you will be responsible for leading the strategy to drive Enterprise video conferencing business globally, growing market share by defending key accounts, growing potential business and acquiring new business.

What You'll Do

  • Total responsibility for the development and execution of Enterprise Video conferencing forecast/commit and strategic go-to-market and business plan.
  • Work with Sales Ops to create dashboards and reporting to track and measure success and identify gaps.
  • Drive the strategy to retain, grow and add business for the Enterprise category.
  • Be a thought leader in the industry who understands the industry challenges and opportunities, and who can evangelize the value of Poly Enterprise solutions.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to provide feedback and define requirements to build compelling channel offers for Enterprise Video sales.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
  • Demonstrable leadership skills to recruit, retain, mentor, train, energize, the sales and leadership team to sell Video conferencing.
  • Relationship builder who can effectively manage conflict, build clarity in all rapports, be sensitive to cultural differences and bring teams together to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent Sales coach.
  • Experience of working with and building channel relationships, understanding of a two-tier fulfilment model.
  • Strong collaborator that works well cross functionally, across the company, and externally.
  • Successful track record in Enterprise video conferencing sales and/or including of that market would be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven ability to affect transformation of product and process in a competitive environment.
  • Expert communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Process-driven with the ability to use quantitative and analytical skills to drive sales growth, form strategy, create consistency, and execute on performance.
  • Analytical thinker; someone who thrives in the use of data to drive decisions.
  • Must work successfully in a remote, globally distributed work environment.
  • Innovative and results driven senior sales executive with 15+ years leadership experience in B2B technology environment.
