As a Senior Internal Account Manager at efm, you will proactively support customers, major account managers and carriers with the day to day management and movement of freight. You will be in constant contact with the customers in your portfolio, making sure that we are always on the front foot.

Requirements

As a Senior Internal Account Manager with efm no day is the same. Your role will be based in our Moorabbin offices and will involve: * Dealing directly with customers by either phone/email or fax or IT System

  • Processing and booking pickups in a timely manner
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries
  • Directing requests and enquiries to the relevant carrier providing frequent updates to customers
  • Communicating and co-ordinating with internal departments
You will have:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service position within Logistics or Transport
  • Working in a contact call centre environment, looking after a portfolio of clients/customers
  • Strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
  • Ability to provide effective solutions to address customer needs
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar an advantage)
