As the Kitchen Manager, you will be reporting to the Store Manager. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient back of house operations. Your passion and love for the industry will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that they have become renowned for.
As an established hospitality manager, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of kitchen operations.

As a Kitchen Manager, your role will involve;
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Meal preparation
  • Effective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of product
  • Staff rostering and timesheets
  • Budgeting and food costing
  • Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity
  • Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment
  • Opening/closing of restaurant

About You

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating leadership and organisational abilities.
