Excitedly, we seek a Recruitment Consultant to complement a strong existing team. Ideally, you will have experience within Recruitment, Senior Hospitality Management, Sales and or Business Development, as this understanding will provide a strong understanding of the needs of both our clients and candidates and will prove your ultimate success in this position.

You will also be:

· Results focused with high attention to detail and driven to succeed

· Confident in building new and existing relationships with clients and candidates

· Articulate in your written and oral communication with excellent computer skills

· A team-player, this is a very coherent and high achieving team all pushing for the same end goals

· Strive to be the best – see your name in the lights every month!

· A solid knowledge and understand on the Queensland Hospitality Market and trends
