As the Head of Broker & Insurance Partnerships, you are responsible for the end to end intermediaries channel accountable for the engagement and partnership of retail broker and 3rd party relationships, including aggregators and introducers. You will lead and manage all aspects of the development, refinement and implementation of key account management and sales partner strategy within our Insurance & Partnership revenue businesses.

You will lead and manage the key capability priorities for the team, and provide leadership to a team of business development, specialist lenders, retention and partnership specialists based in Brisbane. You will build strong relationships internal and external to CUA, raising the profile and finding new avenues for collaboration. You will embed an account management framework and promote a strong partnership & ensure the revenue culture delivered by your team is consistent and of the highest quality across the networks.

You are accountable for developing and executing the strategic plan and the performance of the broker and relationship sales, insurance and partnership channels.
