We are currently seeking a highly dynamic individual with a proven background as a Service Planner to join our friendly team based in our head office in Lidcombe, Sydney.

The Service Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, well coordinated administration across all business units. This role will operate at a national level and provide support to all branches.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The planning, prioritising and scheduling of work on a daily basis
  • Updating and issuing state of service reports daily.
  • Maintaining appropriately sized channels and zones to ensure that customers receive timely and prompt servicing
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager and Field Service Supervisors to establish service requirements and provide information, assurance and advice as required.
  • Communicating all services issues in a timely manner to the Field Service Supervisor or Operations Manager.
  • Maintaining a visual of all call outs received from branches
  • Allocation of call outs to meet customer expectations and service standards
  • Generating reports for branches
Requirements

To ensure your success in this role you will have:
  • Experience in managing productivity and national operations (preferable)
  • Exceptional customer service and Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (tech savvy)
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with great attention to detail
