JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a large bank, are currently looking for several resources for a 3 year program of work. The project is to identify, assess and uplift all controls across the bank. This exercise will require a number of Business Analysts responsibilities will include process mapping, analysis, and documentation of business processes and requirements, and translation into detailed business requirements, ensuring all deliver tangible business outcomes.

Some of the responsibilities will be to:

- Ability to gather, analyse and simplify the requirements

- Ability to understand what controls would be required to ensure compliance

- Design Controls

- Test controls

- Document Controls

To be considered for these roles you will have:

- Excellent business analyst skills - gathering requirements and documentation

- Business Analyst skills - gathering requirements, documenting processes

- Banking experience either 1-2 years or 3-4 years (for the more senior roles)

- Some experience within Risk & Controls
