JOB DESCRIPTION
Position responsibilities:
- Processing payroll for national and international employees; acts as liaison for payroll issues.
- Participates in special projects such as the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and integrations.
- Responsible for maintaining periodic reviews, audits, and implement recommendations to adhere to state, local, international, and Federal authorities/regulators.
- Assist Senior Specialist in training new hires, or more junior payroll employees in payroll processes and procedures.
- Updates existing payroll processes and procedures.
- Processes non-standard payroll activities such as: Severance, commissions, special payouts, equity adjustments, ex-pat payments, integration items and related non-standard payroll activities.
About you:
- You are comfortable with the above responsibilities
- you have minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end Payroll
