JOB DESCRIPTION

Position responsibilities:

  1. Processing payroll for national and international employees; acts as liaison for payroll issues.
  2. Participates in special projects such as the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and integrations.
  3. Responsible for maintaining periodic reviews, audits, and implement recommendations to adhere to state, local, international, and Federal authorities/regulators.
  4. Assist Senior Specialist in training new hires, or more junior payroll employees in payroll processes and procedures.
  5. Updates existing payroll processes and procedures.
  6. Processes non-standard payroll activities such as: Severance, commissions, special payouts, equity adjustments, ex-pat payments, integration items and related non-standard payroll activities.

About you:

- You are comfortable with the above responsibilities

- you have minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end Payroll
