The Company

Our client is a growing, dynamic ASX listed firm seeking a strong Human Resources Manager to join their Sydney head office team to offer the provision of strategic and operational people solutions for their portfolio of business.

The Role

You will be in a key leadership role which is responsible for the management and delivery of HR Services. The role is specifically focused on being a key driver of change, developing and implementing solutions to enable organisational capability development in line with the objectives of the People and Culture strategy and broader companies 5-year vision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Managing the employee onboarding and offboarding process, and the employee life cycle.

· Ensuring HR policies, procedures and templates are complete, consistent with regulations for the relevant jurisdictions.

· Monthly reporting on employee numbers and details, as well as open roles and the group organisational structure

· Providing HR oversight on performance management and employee engagement, and maintaining the HRIS

· Provide HR support for Group projects, WHS audits, group restructures, HR and L&D platforms

· Provide trusted advice on policy, state of the art processes and operationalising frameworks to support the business' goals and for annual HR led activities

· Develop, implement and embed key strategic solutions around talent, performance and capability development priorities.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic HR professional who has exceptional work ethic and strong skills in building strategic partnerships. You will also be able to deliver on the following:

· Quality of advice measured by feedback from clients

· Timeliness and responsiveness of service level

· Quality of HR solutions and initiatives as agreed

· Full compliance to relevant employment regulatory requirements in delivery of advice and processes.

· Establishment of credibility as trusted advisor and strategic enabler amongst the executive leadership

· Efficient execution of the delivery of HR Services
