The Position

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will champion the online customer journey. As a passionate eCommerce Manager, you will source the latest technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities to grow the eCommerce business and drive online sales performance. Driven by understanding what resonates with your customers and providing an exceptional online experience, you will be responsible for the following:

• eCommerce website management both internally and partner’s site - to deliver the UX and functional improvements to drive conversion rate growth
• Working with key online partners to drive best practice digital eCommerce strategy from both the user experience and drive conversion to the website
• Key account management and onboarding new partners
• Collaborating with internal/external marketing to design and implement a fully integrated digital marketing strategy include EDMs, social media, paid search, SEO, content,etc
• Brief creative on paid search and social marketing campaigns to align all key account promotional calendars
• Reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website performance as well as conversions target

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Demonstrated experience in eCommerce including digital marketing
• Be highly knowledgeable of eCommerce platforms, adobe creative suite, GA and graphics design
• Extensive key account management experience
• Proven experience in digital marketing including paid search, SEO, social, email marketing
• Extensive knowledge of all online platforms and marketplaces
• A degree in marketing/digital
• Retail/FMCG/eRetail experience would be advantageous
• A collaborative approach to your work and strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, relationship focused and solutions mindset
