Plant Operator / Afternoon Shift Team Leader
Our client is a leading recycling company who pride themselves on a great family culture. Currently they are seeking 2 experienced plant operators with team leading experience to join their friendly team in Sandy Point.
Benefits:

- Saturday 11am - 4pm

About the role:
You will be primarily operating an Excavator / FE Loader in the quarry and leading a team of 4.
About you:
- Experience in a Quarry environment;
- Experience and licenced to operate mobile plant: Front-end Loader, Excavator and Dump truck;
- Hold a Cert 3/4 in Surface Extraction
- High Safety Awareness
- Ability to work in a high pressured, high paced environment;
- Experience in leading a team
