The Company

Our client is a leading bank looking for your exceptional skills to assist on a large scale business transformation project. This dynamic position requires working with personnel across all functions of the company and at varying levels of responsibility.

The Role

You will be performing controls testing, documentation and providing support for an informed, objective opinion of risk exposure. Draw on your creative flair and business know-how to design and map the documentation of processes and operating effectiveness of the internal control structure. Using your knowledge of Banking and controls, you will assess what they have in place already and provide recommendations in terms of documenting and establishing new processes moving forward. Your extraordinary communication skills will shine as you provide recommendations to management both verbally and in writing.

Your Skills & Experience

* Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field.

* Experience in a bank or another financial services business

* A background in Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance or Business Analysis

* 2 - 5 years experience ideally in a similar role documenting processes

* Brilliant computer skills.

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
