 The Company is an American multinational conglomerate corporation operating in the healthcare industry.

About the Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service rep to join their Healthcare Business Group. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day returns of fleet devices from both medical sites and home patients. As well as dealing with multiple customer queries.

If you have experience in customer service in the healthcare industry this may be the perfect role for you.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing order entry’s, approving and processing invoices and chasing credits
  • Dealing with customer queries and calls
  • Coordinating pickups/deliveries of medical devices with couriers online and by phone
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, including hospital sites, courier companies and sales teams
  • Maintaining company database and records
  • Working closely with departments to facilitate timely return of devices, including locating missing devices
  • Continuously working with Management to identify areas of continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • 2 years’ experience in a Customer service role. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Excel. Also experience extracting data from ERP systems
  • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
