The Role 
In this permanent full-time role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and supporting solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform at Epworth HealthCare. You will be part of the Solution Planning & Design team and report to the Director, Solution Planning & Design.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions that enhance our staff and patient experience
  • Create detailed design artefacts that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Test planning and execution that ensures delivery of robust and quality CRM components;
  • Provide ongoing stewardship of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

To be successful in this role…
You are a team player who enjoys engaging with your team members and the wider business including end users and cross-functional teams. You are strong in delivery planning and also in support and maintenance activities. You have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for producing quality work.

You will have

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals;
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience;
  • 1+ years of experience building canvas and model driven apps using Microsoft Power Portal;
  • Experience in Agile environments.
