Our client is a leading national property development group, which has an enviable record and strong pipeline of projects.

They are now seeking to appoint an Office Manager to manage front of house reception, office administration and support with general IT enquiries.

The Opportunity

This role will be varied and allow you to make it your own. You will enjoy being the 'go to' person and assisting other teams where needed. You will have an engaging personality, experience with administration and exposure in a similar role.

Key duties & responsibilities include:

  • Experienced as an Office Manager/Administrator/Receptionist
  • Proven experience with MS Office suites
  • Have strong knowledge of IT
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy being the 'go to' person and managing stakeholder relationships for the business
  • Have previous experience in a corporate environment
  • Enjoy a varied role and have the ability to switch between duties
  • Strong attention to detail and a good approach to prioritising tasks
  • You will have the ability to manage tasks and enjoy supporting across the business
  • A 'can do' attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Must have experience working within the property industry

Experience Required

In addition to your technical skills, the preferred candidate will require high-level communication skills (written and verbal) combined with a team orientation.

Although property industry experience is preferred, if you are a gun administrator with high-level communication skills, we want to hear from you!
