About the Role:

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an Administration Manager to join a leading Property Group, based in a Shopping Centre in the western suburbs.

This role will see the successful candidate manage the day to day operations of the office and play a key part of the collaborative team with administration support.

Responsibilities:

As the face of the organisation, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, assisting with general enquiries and providing quality assistance to the team as required. You will have strong experience within administration and be forward-thinking in your approach. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing letter of offers
  • Understanding tenancy schedules
  • Reporting
  • Answering all incoming calls and ensuring they are handled appropriately
  • Administration support including formatting of documents, presentations and correspondence
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable
  • Manage the collection of tenant data, and entry of information into the financial and the centre's management systems;
  • Assisting and coordinating reporting and invoicing
  • Formatting of documents and preparing of packs as and when needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in property/finance administration
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Professional and friendly with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within a similar role essential
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously on tasks
