Our client is an established Educational organisation based near the CBD, they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team permanently.

The Role

Reporting into the CEO, some of the duties and responsibilities for this role include:

  • Meeting management of agendas, minutes, and actions
  • Assist in the organisation of work functions and events
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Calendar and diary management
  • Organise interstate travel arrangements
  • Accommodate for the general needs of the CEO and board

Your Profile

To be successful in securing this position you will have the following:

  • You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with over 4 years' experience.
  • You will have proven experience in C-Suite support.
  • You will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You will have the ability to prioritise and focus on achieving business objectives.
  • You will have developed strong skills in MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
