This ASX listed commercial property business was established over 35 years ago and specialises in the purchase and management of large scale commercial and retail properties throughout Australia. With a focus on quality, this organisation prides themselves on the purchase of premium assets.

The Role

Due to significant growth within the Melbourne office, the business is now seeking the support of an experienced administrator in an Executive Team Assistant position. This role is a blend of Executive Assistant, Office Management and Team Assistant duties and will require the successful candidate to:

  • Provide direct support to MD and National Facilities Manager
  • Diary and email management
  • Coordinate interstate travel when required
  • Assist with invoice management
  • Follow up on key property documentation
  • Assist National FM Manager with work flow and contractor management
  • Assist with event management
  • Assist with the collation of marketing collateral
  • Arrange all supplies for Melbourne office
  • Assist with on boarding of new staff
  • All Office Management duties as required
  • Support the Commercial Property Management team with documentation management

Requirements

It is essential to this role that the successful candidate have a strong background as an EA or Team Assistant. A proven background in supporting senior management is essential along with strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to make this role their own.

Although not essential, it is preferred that this person have previous experience working within a Commercial Real Estate business as knowledge of key documents and terminology would be advantageous.
