A fantastic opportunity exists for a self-motivated, experienced Accounts Administrator to join this building/construction supply company based in Keilor Park.

This role will encompass administration & accounting support functions and will require previous experience across the board within accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and account reconciliation.

Duties include, although not limited to:

  • Control of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • Establish, maintain, and reconcile the general ledger
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Handle general telephone and email enquiries
  • General administration duties

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Some knowledge of costing stock – an advantage but not essential
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of payroll processes
  • Previous experience with MYOB & Exonet – An advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Shows initiative, with excellent attention to detail and with strong multitasking skills
  • Easy going team player but also very capable of working autonomously
