Our client has gone through a period of rapid growth and are now looking for a Finance Manager to lead their Finance function. Operating within the Manufacturing sector, this is a senior leadership role in the business reporting to one of the company directors.

The Role

You will be an experienced finance manager with experience working within the manufacturing sector essential. Managing one staff member and running the end to end finance function, you will be responsible for the following critical tasks.

• Implementation of solid financial policies and procedures
• Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll
• Month-end reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Experienced user of MYOB
• Product and Labour costing
• KPI reporting and analysis
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders including company owners and directors

Your Profile

You will be an experienced Finance Manager, adept across financial and management accounting and have a strong knowledge of costings from a manufacturing standpoint. You will also possess the following key qualifications/skills.

• CA/CPA qualified - Essential
• Experience working in the manufacturing sector
• Exemplary communication skills - will be liaising daily with senior management
• Strong at setting up processes and streamlining procedures
• Team player, flexible working style and adaptive
• Ability to manager others and develop staff
