About the Team
Become an integral member of the Support Services division and assist our teams in the delivery of excellence across our many services including cleaning, patient ward support, patient food production and delivery, ward clerical support, patient transport and car parking services across our sites.

About the role
You will ensure the delivery of efficient and responsive support services to compliment the clinical requirements of care centers/departments. Further, you will complete support services tasks to meet activity, quality and service standards by performing tasks in line with established duties list and standards.

Classifications for this position will range from PS21 - PS25 ($49,431 - $50,991 per annum).


  • Cleaning and maintenance of the clinical environment
  • Delivering meals & beverages to patients
  • Transporting patients, beds and trollies
  • Patient and wards support including bed making, restocking , messages and equipment collection
  • Perform duties assigned under emergency response procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Certificate III In Health (Patient Services)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work practices to meet established time and quality standards
  • Experience in patient transport, utilising a patient bed mover preferred
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
