The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a highly regarded organisation based in the CBD!

As part of a friendly team this role will require you to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include:

  • 3+ years end to end Accounts Payable experience
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements
  • Document management: filling, retrieval, and archiving
  • Daily AP invoice reallocations
  • Weekly Capex processing
  • Daily P2P portal invoice processing for a major client
  • Assisting in BPay and EFT transfers
  • Demonstrate customer focus and teamwork, working collaboratively across the organisation to solve issues

Your Profile

To be successful, you will have proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, preferably using a large ERP system like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics. You must be happy working as part of a team but also be confident in working independently and managing your own workload.

Proven ability to manage high volumes and meet month end deadlines is a pivotal element of this role.

Inter-personal, communication and approachability skills are directly linked to your potential success within this role, as the team is quite sociable and enjoy team outings.
