We are seeking an experienced passionate, knowledgeable and skilled full time teacher. Applicants will possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. This is a Fixed Term Full Time position where the successful teacher will join our committed staff from Monday 17 May and will be working in a Year One Class.

The successful applicant will:

• have the capacity to promote contemporary and innovative practices

• be able to plan and implement highly structured programs in Literacy and Numeracy

• be able to cater for a range of student needs through differentiation

• have a strong commitment to the Catholic Identity of the school and sacramental programs

• have a willingness to be actively involved in the school and parish communities

• be committed to building strong partnerships between families and school

• be committed to ongoing professional learning

• have an understanding that our school community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all students in our care.

Special Requirements

• accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or a willingness to undertake studies

• current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration

• include the contact details of three referees
