JOB DESCRIPTION

As an assistant store manager you will provide a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service.

The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership and effectively assist to manage the store in order to achieve:

  • Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Assist in team development
  • Stock management
  • Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store

This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures. 

The Assistant Store Manager will also support the Store Manager in providing leadership to his/her team at all times.
