The Team

The role

Leading a team of 3 employees, your key accountabilities will be:

  • Liaising with senior Operational stakeholders to triage high value customer-facing Payment incidents, and operational projects
  • Review and sign-off of reports for Banking Reconciliation month end processes
  • Responsible for Daily Cashflow reporting & other key treasury reporting for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Owner of the Revenue Reconciliation process in Financial Control, ensuring the completion & integrity of the data whilst also working with Data Platforms on optimisation of the automation process.
  • Responsible for monitoring emerging business products and processes for areas of possible operational process risk to be monitored
  • Overseeing high volume monitoring of Customer account betting for accuracy in odds, event settlement and bet acceptance. Analysis against third party sources and reasonableness checks
  • Liaising with a number of teams within the business to ensure continuous process improvements as well as finding self-service reporting opportunities.

You
  • Experience in a similar role of Bank Reconciliation responsibility
  • Familiar with Australian banking payment methods (EFT, BPay, Credit Card, PayPal, POLi, etc)
  • Previous experience with Oracle is desirable but not mandatory
  • Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to team success
  • Advanced excel skills and interpretation of data
  • Competent with Accounting Standards
