Our client in the Agriculture industry, based in Perth's Southern Suburbs are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage a team of 3. This role is 6-month temporary position which requires an immediate start for someone who is able to hit the ground running, you will work well in a fast paced, busy environment

The Role

Your duties will include but won't be limited to:

• Implementation of ADP's payroll review findings, systems updates and recommended courses of action
• Reconciliation of payroll accounts, annualised wage arrangements and individual flexibility agreements to ensure accurate payments are made
• Development of the Kronos time and attendance system to enable effective, accurate and up to date pay calculations
• Ensuring that all employee payroll records are accurate, up to date, complete and secure
• Identifying any potential risks in payroll processing and recommend options to minimise them
• Providing advice and support on interpretation of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Employment Contracts
• Ensuring that a payroll business continuity plan is developed and implemented to minimise disruption in case of an unexpected situation

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position

• 3+ years' Payroll Supervisor or Senior Payroll experience
• Ability to manage a team, strong communication skills are a must
• Experience with ADP highly desired
• Strong attention to detail and be a true team player
• Strong problem-solving skills
