Chandler Macleod is working with a large organisation who currently have an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in their Call Center on a casual ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound calls
  • Dealing with invoicing
  • Reporting power outages
  • Process Customer Contacts
  • Sharing of technical knowledge and information
  • Developing and improving own personal effectiveness
  • Responsible for planning and implementing daily and weekly allocated work
  • Responsible for end to end management of assigned task including the escalation of issues outside of process
  • Follow defined business processes in administering customer queries

    Skills required:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Must be able to use own initiative
  • Must have the right attitude for the role
