They have a Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Officer - so this role will be supporting them Previously had a temp over in Melbourne who has just finished They have advertised it as 3 days a week but wanting to look at whose best for the role whether that is full time or part-time Role is junior - purely administrative - data entry/new starters will be the bulk of it along with processing time sheets From their ad:

  • Assist payroll team with weekly and monthly payroll processes using Micropay/ Pay Global and TimeTarget;
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining database with updates/changes;
  • Process and maintain employee records for new hires, pay changes, and terminations;
  • Review time sheets and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies;
  • Assist in processing superannuation contributions, PAYG, state payroll tax and compliance's;
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll process and operations;
  • Liaise with, and support the HR and Finance teams;
  • Work closely with Payroll Manager & Payroll Supervisor to improve data capture and processing efficiency's within payroll
