THE ROLE

Lead the sales team by fulfilling your responsibilities of leadership, budgeting, inventory control, customer care and driving the organisation’s market share through the development and execution of the strategic sales plan.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships while you enjoy some travel throughout Australia to meet with and drive your sales representatives throughout Australia!

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 5 years experience in a sales management role
  • Experience in overseeing marketing activities and driving performance of product sales.
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation skills
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance, achieving and exceeding targets
  • Stock management experience working across various warehouse locations
  • Experience in wholesale/retail channels with a strong understanding of customer and market requirements
  • Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to influence and bring others on the journey in your relentlessness pursuit of growth and brand presence.
Whilst not essential, an interest in animal health/well-being would be advantageous; there is also a dog in the office on a daily basis.
