St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane is a private Catholic not-for-profit hospital specialising in healthcare for people with chronic, complex and multiple health needs. Our services include general medicine, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, pain management and palliative care.

About the role

We are seeking casual Environmental Services Assistants to deliver high quality cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms and environmental areas within the hospital in a timely and professional manner.

About you

• Demonstrated knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and use of equipment

• Outstanding hygiene standards and a basic understanding of infection control

• An understanding of safe work procedures and practice including manual handling

• A strong customer service focus

• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, whilst working towards tight deadlines

• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings as required
