About your role
We are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our supportive Recruitment Team, based at our Bellrick Street office. In this 6-month fixed term, Monday to Friday role, you will engage with candidates, the people function and wider business to deliver quality recruitment support. We are looking for someone with impeccable work ethics who loves to form relationships with internal and external customers, along with a genuine interest & passion for Recruitment!

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader your duties will include:
  • Provide administrative support with the end to end recruitment service including candidate engagement, data management, job advertisements, interview bookings, coordinating candidate background checks, and assisting with new starter paperwork
  • Assist with administration tasks requirements of major campaigns, including the Apprentice and Graduate program intake
  • Provide high level candidate care ensuring Hastings Deering is professionally represented
  • Assist with internal and external enquiries, provide event administration and other general administration tasks as required
You will also be involved with some exciting continuous improvement projects to streamline our current processes!

About you
You are a highly organised, customer centric Administrator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working internal & external relationships.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage changing workloads and learn new databases and systems. You must have intermediate MS Office skills, along with previous experience working with highly confidential documentation and have a clear understanding of the policy and procedures surrounding these.

If you have proficiency in use recruitment management systems or previous recruitment experience your application will be highly regarded!
