Hanson is part of the HeidelbergCement group, which employs 57,000 people across five continents. Hanson Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry through our network of over 300 quarry, ready-mixed concrete, logistics and support operations.

We are seeking a reliable and committed concrete batcher to join our team at Charters Towers. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will be experienced in Concrete Batching and hold a current HR licence and front loader ticket.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with the inclusion of Monday to Friday shifts, weekend work and overtime.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers.

• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business

• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilization and efficiency.

• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries.

• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
