About the role

We are currently seeking Trainee Trainer's for a GMP, FDA clean room manufacturing facility located in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

Responsibilities

Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Utilising visual aids for training purposes;
• Run training sessions to small and large groups;
• Monitor and track training competency of staff.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:

• Proven track record in a GMP environment, specifically with clean room experience;
• Intermediate skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential;
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiating skills;
• Be approachable and understanding to effectively coach staff;
• Ability to "drive" activities in a positive, pro-active manner;
• Experience with FDA and TGA requirements will be highly regarded.
