• Change Analyst
• 6month initial contract

My client, a valued Client in the Financial Service Industry, is looking to engage a well experienced Change Analyst to support all Change activities and work closely with the Senior Change Manager. This is for a regulatory and Data driven project.

About the Role

• Support the development of the change management plans and relevant briefing documents
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations in relation to the change process, timeframes and documentation requirements
• Liaise with business partnering teams to plan and facilitate strategic conversations, current/ proposed future state analysis
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
• Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives
• Defining success metrics and measuring performance
• Facilitation of stakeholder workshops
• Conducting Change Impact Analysis
• Evaluating and documenting the impact of planned organisational change

About You

• A solid understanding of Change Principles
• Experience coordinating the change management activities across multiple divisional teams within a diverse and complex in both technical and business environment
• Demonstrated data management and analytics experience in Microsoft Excel and others
• Project experience with data and in the regulatory space
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or demonstrated, equivalent experience
