- Lead Technical delivery of D365 CRM/CE solutions to the business.
- Provide subject matter expertise within the business for the end-to-end technical solutions for D365 CRM/CE and associated technologies and integrations.
- Accurate Solution Architecture and configuration build documentation.
- Monitor and interpret the Microsoft Product Road map and ensure solution changes are aligned with business outcomes.
- Assist with discussion with the business and technology stakeholders to develop and communicate the Solution Vision and Road map.
- Work with business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that the requirements are understood and implemented.
- Present new proposed solution to key stakeholders and estimates the changes, enhancements and timeframes.
- Strong, expert-level, demonstrated experience of working with the Dynamics 365 CRM/CE platform.
- Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM.
- Class-leading Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Technical and Hands-On skills.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture, agile development methods and cloud/hybrid technologies.
- Highly skilled at multi-tasking, prioritization and implementation in complex environments.
