JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Federal Gov client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team ASAP for 4 months!
Your new company
You will be joining a large Federal Government agency with multiple site and work within a geographically disperse team. They offer a collaborative environment.
Your new role
As an Service Desk Analyst, you will be the initial point of contact for all IT services including:
- Incident Management
- Troubleshooting
- User Administration
- End-User Training
- Software / Hardware Deployment
- Vendor Engagement
- Onsite Support when required
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will an experienced Service Desk Analyst with:
- 2-3 years' experience within Service Desk or ICT support
- Experience across Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and MS Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
PLEASE NOTE: Australian Citizenship is required for consideration.
