Your new role
The Portfolio Coordinator role supports the operation of the EPMO (Enterprise Portfolio Management
Office) and provides support with the implementation of EPMO methodologies, tools and practices
across the projects portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support with the implementation of EPMO methodologies, tools and practices across the projects portfolio;
  • Maintain EPMO system, tools, templates and ensure reporting registers are up to date with information for approved projects and pending proposals;
  • Conduct regular project assurance activities to ascertain and track the status of portfolio progress and performance;
  • Provide project management expertise and advice including the management of small projects;
  • Support projects through the provision of tools (such as Sharepoint) and advice, including information on the Enterprise Governance Framework;
  • Develop and apply relevant processes to support the successful operation of an enterprise wide PMO;
  • Provide a reporting service to the portfolio, collating base data and generating reports to multiple audiences through aggregated data; and
  • Act as Executive Officer to the Enterprise Governance Committees.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and advising on project management methodologies, tools and practices across a projects portfolio
  • Ability to maintain project management systems, collate data and generate reports, using this information to execute governance and project assurance activities
  • Experience providing project management advice and effective administrative and Executive Officer support to key project stakeholders
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving and able to prioritise workload and reach deadlines
