Working aspart of the Program Management Office (PMO), this role is anexciting opportunity that is pivotal to a transformation programacross a key part of the business. This role will be involved inthe definition of the overall program and will support the businessleaders in launching and executing components of the change. Thisis a senior role and calls for a Project Manager with financeprocess, ERP and business transformation experience.

Thisposition is being recruited on a 12-month, fixed-termcontract.

Theskills, Experiences, And Attributes Required

  • Previous success working as a Project Manager in Finance and ERP projects
  • Previous experience leading change management in mid-sized/ large organisations with geographically diverse teams
  • Proven experience establishing productive and strong working relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong process change/business improvement skills
  • Previous experience and confidence in leading workshops
  • Formal Project Management accreditation/certification, essential
  • Experience of working across volunteer cohorts and paid staff, desirable
