Robert Half are currently working with a highly regarded client to source a pro-active and hard-working Claims Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working within the construction industry and based in Eastern Suburbs, this is an exciting opportunity to join a positive, supportive, and growing team, with free on-site parking!!

Please note this as this role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, you must be immediately available to start. If you have experience within the Building/Construction or Engineering industry, this will be advantageous.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients over the phone to set up claims
  • Inbox monitoring, dealing with queries and responding in a timely manner
  • Raising purchase and work orders using MYOB
  • Raising and sending invoices using MYOB
  • Answering and directing ad hoc calls as required
  • Using Excel to create reports for Management

To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated and have fantastic Customer Service skills, you will also:

  • Have demonstrated experience within a similar role, preferably in the Building/Engineering sector
  • Have a high attention to detail, be independent and a good team player
  • Good Excel knowledge, comfortable and knowledgeable using spreadsheets
  • Be comfortable and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Have quick and accurate data entry skills, and possess the ability to multi-task
