Enterprise Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

HelpSystems is currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our APAC sales team in the Australia region. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-orientated individual who is credible and comfortable dealing with senior business and IT professionals up to C-level. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively alone as well as part of a team. An entrepreneurial mindset will be key to building their own territory and pipeline. The candidate will be used to developing from idea through execution, whilst also optimising team and corporate resources.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Help Systems Security portfolio across a defined geography, or territories
  • Hold responsibility for generating new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from discovery through to negotiation and close
  • Develop and maintain sufficient pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Formulate new business strategies and implement plans to achieve the assigned quota
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with C-Level executives
  • Educate prospective and existing customers regarding the HS solution portfolio
  • Engage channel and technology alliance partners as required
  • Efficiently engage other internal functions and resources as required
  • Positively engage with all team members
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of IT software industry is essential and experience in the IT security market is highly desirable.
  • Will have a proven track record of at least five (5) years selling enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent account management and new business development experience
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office and CRM systems,
  • Results orientated with the ability to exceed quotas and forecast effectively
