Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a content leader to drive planning and execution of thought leadership content that supports Autodesk Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in APJ. In this new role, you’ll bring your passion for journalism and storytelling to help Autodesk engage executives and key influencers within Autodesk strategic accounts, building awareness and preference for the Autodesk brand, solutions, and services—ultimately driving to tangible, measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned content producer, strong communicator, dynamic presenter, excellent collaborator, and fast learner. You’ll embody a deep curiosity and desire to understand the world through the eyes of your intended audiences. With these insights, you’ll work across teams to plan, produce, and publish a rich library of content that captivates their attention and drives them to action.

This role requires partnering closely with APJ marketing and sales teams to understand target audience needs and local business priorities in order to deliver content that scales to support integrated, multichannel, multitouch ABM campaigns across enterprise, mid-market, and territory accounts. As part of a global ABM content team, you’ll also work closely with the Americas and EMEA ABM content lead team members to build and execute content that scales to strengthen the Autodesk brand globally.

As an experienced business partner, you’ll work with global teams across a highly matrixed organization to set expectations, deliver, and report on shared goals and results. Your strong communications skills, business acumen, and leadership chops will be critical to help you develop relationships with executives and stakeholders to support ongoing thought-leadership content initiatives that help drive ABM success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to produce content supporting APJ ABM campaigns
  • Understand the Account-based buying committee needs and translate them into content plans
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and address content gaps across the customer journey
  • Align with AMER and EMEA content leads to ensure global content consistency and scalability
  • Champion the Autodesk brand differentiators and activate them through compelling content

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in journalism and programmatic content publishing
  • Working understanding of Account Based Marketing strategies and methodologies
  • Fluent in English and another language in Mandarin or Japanese or Korean, with proven experience using the languages in B2B business contexts
  • Strong familiarity with market requirements and related dynamics across the APJ region
  • Proven experience with content marketing and lead nurturing to attract and engage audiences
  • Clear, concise writer, editor, and content producer with the ability to nurture that skill in others
  • Demonstrate ability to set goals, define workloads, manage calendars, and report on outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfortable operating in ambiguity and blazing new paths
  • Experience working with a US-based global enterprise technology company highly preferred
  • Comfortable leading creative agencies and building / managing freelance contractor network
  • Confidence communicating across an ecosystem of influencers, stakeholders, and teams
  • Strong communication skills to foster transparency and inspire collaboration
  • Capable of showing courage in conflict and open others up to new ideas
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
