Amazon has an immediate opening for an Operations specialist role. The Australian Fulfillment Network handle millions of items from tens of thousands of Sellers and we need to assure that these items are properly received and processed in our network to fulfill Customer demand and provide the optimal Seller experience at the lowest cost to Amazon. The role of the FBA Operations Specialist has become a very important role in supporting the growing FBA business, and improving the seller experience. Specifically, you will resolve issues related to the seller's inventory, Inbound & Outboud operations at the Fulfillment Centres and other business escalation that could hinder the seller's business as soon as possible.


In this role you will also work to simplify the processes to make it easier for sellers to use FBA and help to resolve daily tasks and respond to inquiries from warehouses, Sales departments and seller support team. You will become the subject matter expert for many of our operational processes in FBA Australia. You will investigate escalations, which require a deep dive and create comprehensive reports to present to senior leadership. You will be involved in a wide range of process improvement work to improve services in FBA business, such as eliminating unnecessary work and improving costs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Experience with process improvement
- Time management and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience working with a case management system
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
- Strong self-leadership skills with team management
- Must be highly self-motivated and Customer-centric
