We’re Hiring!
Montagu Community Living is a highly respected disability support provider and Employer of Choice. This is a time of excitement and growth for Montagu as we continue to strive for excellence in all we do. If you are keen to work for an organisation that prioritises quality over dollars, and people over corporate image, then Montagu is the employer for you. If you are creative, energetic, and positive with experience, qualifications, and skills in the disability field then you are the person we are looking for!
Due to increasing demand for our services we are looking for talented people who are serious about making a difference in the lives of others to fill the following positions across our organisation:
Key Worker (Level 3): Multiple positions working 30+ hours per week with a range of shifts available. As a Key Worker you will be assigned lead responsibility for two people receiving supports through one of our 5 share-homes. You will build in-depth knowledge of their history, goals, abilities, skills, personalities, and support needs. You will also develop a strong rapport with them and their family/social networks, while delivering excellent supports and personal care to them and other tenants of the share home. In the absence of the Team Leader, you will also direct and coordinate the efforts of Support Workers to deliver supports that enable people receiving supports to progress their goals.
For further information and instructions on how to apply for Key Worker positions, please go to www.seek.com.au and search for Montagu. Applications close 3pm on April 9th.

Casual Support Workers (Level 2): Multiple positions working in share-homes and/or personal homes of people supported through our Community Support Program. As a Support Worker, you will provide direct supports and personal care to people living with disability. Various shifts are available and there are opportunities to transition to permanent positions following completion of a probation period.
