About the role:

We have an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to support our Field Services Team in the effective delivery of our project and programme commitments. This role will see you playing a key role providing coordination, planning and support to the business and our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with our customers, taking ownership of various activities associated with the smooth running of a diverse range of projects.
  • Prepare project status reports and schedules, agendas and minutes, maintaining logs and registers
  • Proactively keep everyone updated on project activities, maintaining processes around key areas such as project issues/risk management
  • Manage the project engagement process including SOWs, Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Track and managing change requests

You will be the glue that holds together the team and be greatly valued for your ability to deal with the detail and make sure things happen as planned.

Experience with project scheduling tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and costs will be advantageous!
