Are you a motivated, conscientious person with sound experience in administrative support roles? 

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to provide support to the Lifeline Telephone Crisis Support team on a Part Time basis. This role will be based in Aitkenvale. 

Duties will include:

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Financial functions
  • Maintaining quality processes and procedures
  • Document preparation including human resource forms, reports, presentations, submissions

What you'll need: 

  • An eye for detail,
  • Be a wiz with spreadsheets,
  • Know the windows interface inside out
  • Ability to touch type with aplomb!
  • Be a team player while at the same time able to work alone;
  • Approach the role with energy, flexibility and creativity
  • Will enjoy learning and developing in the role.
